Hi Doctor, My self 32 years taking alfoo 10 since 1 year but my urine flow is little only increase m having burning and continuous pain in penis and near to bladder. Sir how long I will suffer my symptoms are not at all improving .suggest me any home remedy or ayurved which relax my bladder muscle permanently .Please doctor.
