I have Pearly Penile Papules (PPP), I have no pain no itching, I never had sex. I have no doses. Please suggest some gel/cream which are easily available in medical store to remove this. Thanks in advance.

Dear Lybrate user. Pearly penile papules are small dome-shaped to filiform skin-colored papules that typically are located on the sulcus or corona of the glans penis. Commonly, pearly penile papules are arranged circumferentially in one or several rows and often are assumed wrongly to be transmitted sexually. Triple Antibiotic ointment is a proven remedy for Pearly Penile Papules. The ointment is to be applied over the affected area twice a day with a time gap of 12 hours. Continue the treatment till the bumps are removed completely. Talk to a skin specialist. Take care.
