Hi Sir, I am 29 years old man there is problem in my left and right nerve I think my neck nerve is tickling in my ear and I also comes on my mouth due to this I am not able eat. Its hurting while eating it happens at evening when I woken up after taking sleep. It suddenly pained in my neck and back of head and after 2 days this problem started.
