Epididymitis or Testicular torsion? On 14th June 2018 at evening I had a Pain in my testicles where there was a discomfort while riding a bike and there was slight pain in it. While sleeping at 10 pm the pain was reduced I thought I will fine tomorrow. Exactly at 3: 30 Am on 15th june 2018 I had severe pain in my left lower abdomen and that pain is radiants from my Left testicle. If I touch my left testicle there was a Pain. NO pain in Right testicle. At around 8: 15 Am I meet the doctor who is not a Specialist in Urology but a General Physician (Age 70) who tested my testicles and gave medicine for 3 days Antibiotics and Painkillers. If I take medicine there is NO pain but there is pain while taking next dosage. My pain is not reducing. Today 15 June 2018 is this condition is Epididymitis or Torsion? No vomit, No Swelling, No blood in semen etc. Only Pain in Left Testis and in abdomen.
