I am a 14 year old girl. My height is only 5.11 feet and my mothers height is the same but my fathers height is 5.4 feet. I have started with my period 2 years ago. Is it possible to grow anymore .I heard that we stop growing after mensuration .I feel too embarrassed due to this height. Is there any exercise or diet to grow height. Please do help doctors!
