In view of age you may take a chance to gain height as you are 21 years, the chances are less but regular follow up and strong will power results may be seen. This includes exercise, yogasana, and herbal preparations for 8-9 months, regular single and double bar exercise, practice of tadasana, sarvangasana in morning may help.
