Hello Dear Sir / Madam. I ofent go out with friends to eat in restaurants and love to eat different types of dishes, my friend I had seen him eating and have noticed that when ever he intakes his meal there is always few drops of saliva flowing from his mouth. I had seen and have advised him to cover his mouth while eating, but this looks embarrassing. He told me that he have tried to avoid this but there is no solution. Please advice me is there any treatment.
