I'm feeling irritation in my penis since two days and I noticed today a little bump on my glans just touching the opening. Symptoms- when I touch or press I feel irritation and while I am in rest then also it feels irritation and that little bump. Please help me out. Can I take zanocin plus if its due to bacteria. Is it safe to consume zanocin plus. If so can you please recommend the dose?
