Hello doctor. I'm 19 years old and male. From past 2 months I'm suffering from pain in my left testicle. I visited Ms. general surgeon and M.ch doctors both gave me some antibiotics like diclofenac, aceclofenac, Doxycycline etc. I used them for 2 months but pain didn't gone. And suggested to scanning of my scrotum.in the report it is said that both my testicles are normal no evidence of varicocele and hydrocele after seeing report doctors said that it is due to hormonal changes in my body. Also said medicines also not required. And also said that there is no problem in my testicle and it is good and still my pain is not gone. Please tell me the exact reason for my pain. A mild pain is there in my testicle no pain while urinating. Please doctor. I'm mentally depressed and lost hope.
