My grandmother has been diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. She has been suffering from breathing problems for the past few years. But none of the doctors actually mentioned this until recently when a doctor diagnosed that only 30% of her lungs are functional. I would like to know more about this and also take a second opinion and find out if this condition can be cured.
