When in sleep at night and in morning when I woke up a white fluid comes from my penis. Will you please tell me about that. What is it fluid. How it comes. Should it is healthy and good for health and its demerits or not please tell me.

This is seminal fluids. I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take lots of water and fluids. Avoid garlic and red chilly and non veg and eggs.
