Please help me. My hair line is receding and thinning of hair is always been trouble for me. I just want a complete restriction on my hair fall and a little volume on my hair. Thick hair looks good. I am just 20, I casually smoke, like 2 smoke in a month but I am not habitual of that but I am gonna quit that thing very soon, but hair thinning is since from my early age. Please guide I need a solution. Help me out of this.
