I am a 21 yr old male and have severe leg pain for last 2 months what should I do? please tell me.

The pain may be due to tight muscles in legs such as calf, hamstrings and quadriceps. Try doing stretches for the leg muscles. Avoid prolong standing. Sometimes leg pain may be referred from low back. Hot and cold therapy can also help relax muscles. Wish you speedy recovery.
