Dear Doctor I have parkinson since 5 years. Now I am on syndopa plus 4 times a day, pramipex ER 1.5 mg, once daily 1 hour before syndopa and syndopa CR 125 at bedtime. I am taking herbal medicine also along with this. There is no consistency in the effect of syndopa. At times I am getting effect of syndopa for 4 hrs, sometime 3 hrs and sometime effect starts only after 1- 1.5 hrs, unlike the effect in the starting stage. Is it because I am changing the interval depending on how long I am getting the effect of syndopa. Is it compulsory to take the medicine at the same interval everyday?
