Dear Doctor I have parkinson since 5 years. Now I am on syndopa plus 4 times a day, pramipex ER 1.5 mg, once daily 1 hour before syndopa and syndopa CR 125 at bedtime. I am taking herbal medicine also along with this. There is no consistency in the effect of syndopa. At times I am getting effect of syndopa for 4 hrs, sometime 3 hrs and sometime effect starts only after 1- 1.5 hrs, unlike the effect in the starting stage. Is it because I am changing the interval depending on how long I am getting the effect of syndopa. Is it compulsory to take the medicine at the same interval everyday? Pl help me with kind regards, later.

Yes you should take the medicine on time as advised by the specialist. But syndopa just reduces symptoms and it will never cure Parkinson. While there are more chances of homoeopathic treatment to show better results. It is better to start homoeopathic treatment side by side.
