I have retinal detachment and cataract in right eye with (-5.25) no. And (-0.5) in left eye, I have also pain in right eye, ear,head, throat and almost full right face. I have also dandruff in hair weak digestion and absorption with gas problem and my palm and feet always feel cold, rough and sweating. My vat pitta is high and also hard to gain weight feel weakness in body feel hungry but can not eat more low concentration and memory confusing and thoughtful mind feel nervous white spot on two nail teeth cavity with sensitivity and also fluoride teeth feel thirsty all time any one nostril is closed many time and can not breath properly during yoga and which yog mudra is better for me so suggest something.
