Asked: I am 25 year old and I used to smoke 2 -3 cigarette since last 2 year and I have sore throat since 20 January since then I have stopped smoking. My General Physician suggested me antibiotics and I've completed the course but I still feel little inflammation in throat while breathing but the doc says the throat is almost fine now. Also I used to get black particle in my cough and I feel irritation in throat and vocal cord while breathing. Kindly help me out and let me know what can I do? Is its something very serious because there's no ENT specialist in my hometown.
Yes it can be serious, please visit an ENT surgeon to rule out any malignancy, maybe a course of antibiotics will be required but stop smoking ant pickles with immediate effect.
