I have a both shoulder pain with elbow pain ans sometime both legs cramps my BMS index is not good I am 5.8 height and 55 kg. Weight having ibs from last 4 years I have done MRI of spine it's normal also blood test like ESR CRP anticcp SLb 27 and CBC all come normal also vitamin D and B12 test my vitamin D level is 29.5 and normal limit between 30-90 and b12 level is normal I had consult orthopaedic doctor he gave me pain killer medicine and suggest physiotherapy but I can't feel good till date my symptoms are progressive sometime it's pain in my upper arm with back neck please suggest me right way to get proper diagnosis.

Hi lybrate-user, its due to chronic ibs toxins from the gut travel to mesoderm layer[joints and connective tissue].both are inter linked each other. So proper medication from route will remove first joint problem and than ibs. So consult homoeopath he treats you rightly. Pain killers and physiotherapy can not give you permanant relief.

• Gentle Shoulder Stretching. • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Gentle Neck Exercises. • Avoid sleeping on affected side. • Warm up and cool down is a must.
