Hi, I would need your advise with an issue my Bro is going with sexual problems with his wife. Commonly could never meet orgasm and just splits off easily and very soon. N with lack interest he is like the temp of being romantic just comes down very sooner and takes much effort and time to get that up with lots of ejaculation process or soo. Hello- Your brother is suffering from a condition known as Premature ejaculation (PE). There is NO medical standard for how long it should take a man to ejaculate. Ejaculation is considered premature if it occurs before both partners are satisfied. But please note, it takes at least 15 minutes to induce orgasmic responses for most women.
