Urine smell coming from the inside of my penis not always but sometimes. Urine, ammonia, medicine and semen smell. Ammonia and medicine smell I smelled it once. By the end of day when I'm tired it smells more. I showed it doctor he said everything is normal even the report shows normal. Previously I had dripping sensation from penis and its normal now. What should I do? Is there any kind of bacteria present that is causing the smell.
