I am suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome since 2 years I am under treatment I took progesterone for 5 days got my periods on 19th Jan and a asked to start fertyl tablet from 3rd of my cycle I was taking metformin 500 mg twice folic acid once and hyponidd twice advised to do follicular ultrasound scan on 12th day of my cycle I Did it but no dominant follicle is found on both ovaries so what should I do next will I ovulate or how can expect my periods should I continue same tablets again start with progesterone pls advice want to conceive suffering from 2 yrs.
