I have got cataract operation for both of my eyes. This operation was done in 10 years ago. Now I am 70 years old. This time my eyes get wet while I get up from bed early morning every day and sometimes in the afternoon no specific time. I used medicine Tears natural II eye drops. It has improved the problem. There is another recommendation to use Eye drops: ZANOCIN but I didn't use it. I want to know about this medicine, should I use it or you will prescribe some other medicine. Is it because of air pollution?
