Good afternoon respected doctors. My age 36 year, weight 52 kg. From last 2 month l am Suffering with chest pain in left (front & side ribcage cage area). I feels this pain while sitting/inclination/lying. No pain while walking. Lipid profile/Blood sugar/KFT/LFT are normal. BP 150/90. My ECG report are: HR 110/sinus tachycardia (otherwise normal). treadmill Test is negative for RMI. ECHO test report: No RWMA seen. Normal LV systolic function. LVEF=60%. No AS/AR/PS/PR/MR/TS. No PE/clot seen. Diastolic dysfunction grade I. Mild TR, PAH. Doctor said reports are normal, do not take stress. Yet I want to know the following: -What is the meaning of (Diastolic dysfunction grade I & Mild TR, PAH) in simple language. -Is there I need any treatments/medicines for above. It recover naturally or not? -What steps/precautions I should follow with this problem to avoid further harmful effects. Thanks.
