Is lasik surgery detectable by a doctor if he/she is examining the eyeball with a domestic torch in a dark room and no other resources are provided. I mean no Hi-Tech machines only a dark room and a domestic torch.

Hi lybrate-user, yes it is detectable. When lasik is done, a part of your cornea is taken out which makes it thin. When a torch light is thrown on it, the thinned down thickness can be made out.
