Hi, you should go with a pattern of small meals and you can have rice, finely cooked vegetables, soya milk if tolerated, fruits like skin peeled apple/ stewed apple without skin, banana/ cooked raw banana, pulses should be cooked properly and intake depends on tolerance, curd/buttermilk and other fermented milk products. Avoid fibre rich foods like wheat, fruits with skin, roots, nuts, seasoned foods/masalas/chilli, milk, legumes and beans, red meat, oily and fatty foods, caffeinated beverages, carbonated beverages, alcohol. Lean meat, skin out chicken, egg white intake should be in small quantities and discontinue to eat if not tolerated. Drink enough amount of water.
