I guess losing weight may cause a little loosening of skin. Please suggest some ways to avoid this.

Hello Lybrate user, Yes, when you gain a large amount of weight, your skin expands quite a bit to accommodate the increase in body size and when you lose fat, however, and especially when you lose it quickly, your skin doesn?t necessarily shrink at the same rate as your fat cells. This imbalance can lead to loose skin. A big part of tightening loose skin is building up muscles (gyming, stretching etc) that will help overcome loosening of skin. Good luck!
