This may be lucid interval of injury over head or may be retrograde amnesia following temporal lobe injury. Get an CT head or Mr. brain done, lucid interval subside by self, but if temporal lobe injury or sub Dural hematoma compressing brain comes out in brain imaging see a neurologist urgently.
