I hv tongue tie due to this I can not speak properly. I want to release it .whether it will be beneficial or not .I can not say this word properly .ta tha there like metro.

This attachment usually is present only towards the posterior half of your tongue i.e, covering about half of your tongue on the back side with the anterior half of your tongue being free to move but if this attachment runs in the entire length of tongue you result in having a tongue tie.In such a case you can get the tongue tie released by removing the attachment on the anterior side of your tongue.
