Hello. I have some problems in my bowel movement. I have sharp pain in anal during bowel with bright red bleeding. It is a cut I got in anal when tried to pass a hard stool. It's been a month. It gets normal when stool is soft and every time I try pass a hard stool it starts again. It hurts externally. Out side the anus in the lining. I can feel the cut. Even time the cut is about to heal. It starts again. Pls help. Thanks in advance.
