I have a small chalazion on my upper eyelid of left eye. It has been 2 months. It?s painless and I tried warm water compress and also moxiblu drops. It has reduces to some extent but it is not going. Could you please recommend any ointment so that it goes away without incision.

Hi Sneha.. it will not go away by any ointment... mark my words.. Either you have to take proper homoeoapthic treatment or you will need to remove it surgically... You may try taking Silicea 6X 4 times a day (qds)
