Doctor, is it possible for a 23 year old to reverse testicular atrophy caused due to varicocele with surgery?

Hello- Testicular atrophy can be reversed at any condition except congenital incidence (by birth defect) with the help of ayurvedic treatment. Varicocele induced testicular atrophy can only be recovered with the help of medications, there is no role of surgery in it.
