Dear sir. My accident held 7 Days ago. And I take treatment from Doctor. My hand was injured during accident and near right hand elbow there was two 1 Cm diameter stretch skin have be completely removed. I have dressing daily all injury is dried but the area where skin removed and after during dressing is removed outer layered also removed. Please tell me dressingbis necessary or not. Tablet is continue.
