On 8 of this month my et is over with b grade embryo and 7.2 endometrium thickness but still I am not get any symptoms is it OK shall I get positive result.

Yes u will have a positive result as ur endometrial thickness is just more than 7 though it is eexpected to acheive atlst 8 mm thickness..
