I have skin in penis, how can I stop that because often often I am facing the same problem please help me stopping the skin tags near penis.

If for skin is attached with end point of the penis than its remove by surgery and for skin is behind glans penis ,hold the penis and stretch backward its pain slightly painfull bt u have to do it .
