Dear , they are not always the same size and some difference in measurement is always there. If the difference is drastic then you could have infection in which it would be painful and tender to touch. If it is not painful then put a touch next to the skin of testis. If it shows red glow then you have hydrocoele means collection of fluid and if it does not glow then you may have tumor for which get usg done and if confirms solid mass then consult urologist quickly.
