I am 18 years old male I have tsh (thyroid stimulating hormone) of 7 and I have diagnosed 6 months earlier from now and for that I take prescribed medicine thyroxine sodium tablets IPof thyrox -25 of brand (macleods) for 6 months and I have shaky hand and legs and I am weak and then as my height is 5.61 and my weight is 44 kg and I have hair thinning problem in the Temple area and the hair is thin in diameter, hair line are receding in a you shaped and the density of whole head hair is decreasing. Whenever I wash my hair 15 to 20 hair And I can't rub or shake my hair scalp because I feel that a plenty of hair will out and it does as many of the times I tried ,25 to 35 hair has fallen out .Now what should I do should I take biotin (mg?) Or a good under rs 1500 which is herbal or natural without harmful chemical and sulfates a d paraben give some tips such should I wash my hair daily with water (water is normal untreated ground water and it have some metallic particles such as iron etc, how many times in a week I should use your recommended shampoo, should I use drinking mineral water bottle for washing, which type of non mineral hair oil or serum or cream or lotion on my hair should I use which is available in the market. Please reply doc it urgent!
