My penis has some white pores inside. On the edge of pink head. What is it and why it has happened? It becomes swollen when my penis is erect.

Most probably you are seeing your phlegm in your penis just clean it with soap and water it's normal! The glans will be swollen when it's full of blood which is the reason for erection so relax!
