There are maximum chances of getting pregnant in the mid cycle days �of menstrual cycle. If your cycle is of 32 days (1st day to be counted on the day menstrual flow starts) the 16th day bears the maximum chances of getting pregnant. On the both sides of 16th day chances of conceiving gradually decreases with minimum chance (not zero ) near 1st and 32nd day of cycle.

Agar har baar periods late hota hai to cycle usi tarah decide hogi. Apko periods k 12th day se 18th day tak plan karna chahiye. Aur agar mumkin ho to jeera water week mein ek baar 3 se 4 glass din mein pina chahiye. Pineapple khana chahiye.
