I had a beautiful complexion. Since one year my face had got dark spots on the forehead first and then slightly on the right cheek. Retino - A was prescribed for me by a dermatologist to be applied on the face before going to bed at night. After applying for 2 months I noticed that the marks on forehead were still there but marks on right cheek had got worse and on left cheek from near the ear to half the cheek has got darkened as if burnt. How do I get back my flawless complexion?

Please Continue your thyronorm Stop rest of Medicine, creams etc Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily till good sweating Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Do facial exercises daily Take salads and fruits more Take plenty of water daily Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food Take Mahamnjishtadi kadha 20 ml twice a day for 3 months Lohasav 10 ml twice a day for 3 months Apply milk and turmeric regularly Twice a week Use herbal face wash regularly Reconsult if needed These points will help you a lot in all of your problems.
