I am 23 years old. When I have sex with my partner, to get climax it takes too much time. Some times 45 minutes also. When I search in net, it showing normally average time is only 5-10 minutes. How to decrease time? What problem I have? What medicines I have to take? Please help me doctor.

Hello- Delayed climax can occur due to two factors, first is over exhaustion of genitals (by over indulgence in sexual activity), second is obstructive pathogenesis. Treatment will defer depending upon its cause. However you can try out some changes which can improve your condition. Perform sex with at least a gap of 7 days. Drink a glass of hot (not warm) milk an hour before going into sex. Avoid carbohydrate sources like rice etc in your meals. And exercise daily in the morning hour and reduce at least 5 to 10 kgs from your body.
