Firstly you will have to take a supplement initially. Take foods like nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, eggs, organic jaggery in your diet. Avoid junk, processed foods, aerated drinks, excessive tea or coffee.

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts etc to get all essential amino acids. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs and make sure it is protein rich.

Hi lybrate-user few tips to get you started on your weight loss journey: have filling breakfast which consists of cereal (complex carbohydrate), a protein source (egg/ beans/ milk and milk product) and vitamin and mineral source (fruit/ vegetables). Have in between snacking of fruits and nuts. Have plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have good fats e. G. Almonds/ walnuts/ flax seeds/ avocado/ pumpkin seeds/ coconut etc. Drink plenty of water and avoid empty calories (soft drinks). Avoid bakery products. Eat variety in terms of cereal, pulses, nuts, fruits and vegetables. Include any form of physical activity for 45 mins per day.

Tips to lose weight  faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.  7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. Is Diabetes curable ?

Diabetes can be brought under control by adequate exercise, diet and by maintaining one's body weight. If a person has borderline diabetes or if the diabetes has been precipitated by some stress or infection, then these measures can bring the blood sugar under control without medications. But in most patients, it is not curable, at least at present. Maybe later.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. It depends on the body build, family history, diet he takes and the exercise/ sporting he does. Physical activity like basketball, swimming, running are good. Diet should not include fast food, fried food. He should take a highly nutritious diet as he is in the growing age, nuts - almonds, raisins, dried arpricots & figs, soup made at home, fruits and salads, juices.
