This is CS. It can’t be cured only controlled not to progress further. Homeopathic medicines can help you in that U can do the following exercises for neck pain /watch? V=OstW2Ucg1QU A person can ease the symptoms of cervical spondylosis with a few simple neck exercises. 1. Neck stretch Keep your body straight. Push your chin forward in a way that stretches the throat. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds. Return your head to its center position. Push your head back with the chin held high, and hold for 5 seconds. Carry out 5 repetitions. 2. Neck tilt Tilt your head forward so that the chin touches the chest. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds. Return the head to a neutral position. Carry out 5 repetitions. 3. Neck tilt (side-to-side) Lean your head down towards either shoulder, leading with the ear. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds. Return your head to the center and repeat on the other shoulder. Carry out 5 repetitions. 4. Neck turn Turn your head to one side as far as it remains comfortable, being sure to keep your chin at a level height. Tense your neck muscles for 5 seconds. Return the head to a central position. Repeat on the opposite side. Repeat this exercise 5 times on each side. These exercises can help to moderate the impact of the condition and alleviate pain or feelings of stiffness. However, they will not cure cervical spondylosis. U can do the following exercises for back pain /live-well/exercise/lower-back-pain-exercises/ You can contact me for a detailed consultation.

You have probably not fully resolved your depression through therapy. If that is the case, kindly go back to counselling and see how well you can deal with these memories. I recommend that you particularly look at anger from very early childhood. That will definitely help you. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, spend time in nature or gardening, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do calisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Depression is affecting almost 120-million people all over the world. The disease which can be the root cause of other severe problems like bipolar disorder and suicidal thoughts is taking over a serious platform for concern because the rates of suicides are increasing every year in India and internationally, hence every Government and society is changing their attitudes towards mental health issues. Depression is a common problem these days and counselling experts are trying hard to fight with this problem globally. In modern times, depression can have several factors- Hectic life-style Sleeping problems Self-Despair Expectation failure Stress Hormonal imbalances Inflammation in the body and brain Nutrient and healthy oil deficiency Toxic environment and pollution Sometimes, we feel low in mood without any practical reason because of the strange weather conditions around these days. Hence global warming can be termed as a causative too. While medical treatment for depression is available, we can always support it with home remedies. In not-so-serious cases we can avoid medication. We can try natural treatments but we must always inform our consulting psychaitrist about them if you are on medication. While most of us want to keep ourselves free from invasion of foreign elements and avoid visiting doctors, what are the natural options that you can try and achieve a perfect mental health balance along with your body? For every illness, we search for home remedies on the web; imbibing naturals glorify your body; organic foods make you healthy. So let’s discuss some of the organic formulas which can act as Natural Antidepressants- Get to the basics first. Exercise- working out in fresh environment everyday can always cure depression by uplifting the mood. Since exercising regulates the levels of norepinephrine and serotonin secretion in the brain, hormones and chemicals responsible for mood and other emotions reactions. Experts and doctors suggest working out at least two to three times a week for 20-30 minutes for better recovery. High cardio-vascular movements can be extremely effective like speed-walking, jogging or cycling, however a moderate rate of exercising will also help rather than being idle. Light Therapy- Darkness is dissipated with light. Sitting or lying down under a brightly illuminated box or chamber can give relieve you from the pain of depression though it cannot completely cure it. The created chamber poses of giving natural light which strikes the senses of satisfaction immediately.

In winter season I have blocked nose. Alternative nose block, please suggest me a home remedies?
1. Do saline gargles daily. 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Drink Hot Liquids --Hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. 5. Sleep With an Extra Pillow Under Your Head-- Elevating your head will help relieve congested nasal passages. If the angle is too awkward, try placing the pillows between the mattress and the box springs to create a more gradual slope. 6. Treat That Stuffy Nose With Warm Salt Water-- Salt-water rinsing helps break nasal congestion, while also removing virus particles and bacteria from your nose. 7. Blow Your Nose Often (and the Right Way)-- It's important to blow your nose regularly when you have a cold rather than sniffling mucus back into your head. But when you blow hard, pressure can carry germ-carrying phlegm back into your ear passages, causing earache. The best way to blow your nose: Press a finger over one nostril while you blow gently to clear the other. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results and gives relief in long term please ask for consultation with detailed information so that I can help you better.
