Hi, please replace carbohydrate by fiber and plant based protein food - use omega-3 fatty acid with epa & dha - drink aloe vera juice at empty stomach - use gmp certified good quality dietary supplements - 45 min. Walk every day ensuring sweat - use stair and cycling - drink around 5 liter water per day - beside that consult your house physician for any other disease. Hello lybrate-user, try to take small & frequent meal. Don't starv whenever you are hungry. Take more & more green leafy vegetables & fruits avoid simple sugar and preserve products from your diet. Avoid processed food. Stock up on healthy food & snacks. Drink sufficient water (8-10 glasses/ day). Daily work out approx for 30-40 minutes. You can also go through a calorie counting diet chart with the help of a dietitian.

At such a young age you have belly fat which is not very good. But you van make it flat by eating nutrient dense food and exercise well. You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion and portion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, white rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water. Exercise at least 5 times a week. Do not overeat. Eat 3 proper meals and 2 snack in between. Stop when your stomach is 80% full. Eat slowly.

Healthy Diet: While trying to gain weight, the focus should be more on eating healthy foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals. Healthy food includes meat, poultry, unsaturated plant fats, low-fat milk, healthy starch content, vegetables, fruits and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Research suggests that umami flavour inrceases satiety and enhances appetite.

My mother- in- low is suffering from diabetes, skin problem, arthriitis. She is above 70 years old. She is unable to walk. Please tell me the perfect for her.

Most fruits are naturally low in fat, sodium, and calories. Cholesterol is zero. Fruits are sources of many vitamins and nutrients. They r rich in dietary fibre too.
