The idea is to keep it clean n not allow dirt to accumulate. .u can use the normal soap u r using for bathing.

Yes you can use that. There are no such side effects but do not keep using it for more than 2 months.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. 3. If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 4. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 5. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 6. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 7. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. 8. I have a desk job my weight increased since 2 years suggest measures to loose weight.
Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Hi since the past 1 month I keep feeling dizzy where in I feel out of balance n difficult to see. Doctors have diagnosed it as positional vertigo. All Mri ct scan n every small report is also clear. However I am tired of this state of mine n need a break. I take stugeron. Urgent pls help.

Don’t worry you can easily come over your health problems all you have to do is follow these natural remedies regularly, And embrace the nature and its remedies instead of going for man-made medications. There are 2 kinds of tulsi leaves we come across. One is" ram tulsi" (which is lighter in shade) and the other one is" shyam tulsi" (which is darker in shade) you have to consume 10-15 leaves of" shyam tulsi" Which means the leaves with darker shade. Take 10 to 15 leaves of shyam tulsi and Grind it into a paste. Boil this paste in 200 ml of water until the water comes down to the level of 100 ml. Consume this water swallowing (never chew tulsi) the leave remains daily in 3 installments without break. I guarantee you that you will feel better after some days. Besides natural remedies doesn't even have any side effects along with them.
