Calcium deficiency in you is unlikely. You are over weight. 58 kg shall be your healthy weight. Try to bring down to that limit. Do exercise daily and reduce high calorie food. Take foods rich in calcium - milk, yogurt, soft cheese (less amount) egg, small fishes, vegetables particularly green leafy one etc, list is endless. If at all require supplementation, may take shelcal 500 mg once daily just before break-fast.

Hi, If the food you eat is not properly digested and absorbed then how can you gain weight.Nothing will work if this is not proper. Take *Alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *Take GRD Powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk ,drink once a day

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Hello, I can understand your concern. I would like to know about the medications used bu your brother, blood sugar 268mg/dl is on the higher side but it is not so high also. Dear lybrateuser, -You can include foods such as citrus fruits, red bell peppers, ginger, garlic, spinach, yogurt, almonds, broccoli, turmeric, green tea, papaya ,kiwi, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, add these to your meals when you prepare them, have 2-3 fruits of different variety daily in your diet, have 2-3 cups of green tea per day.

A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning. Do not drink water immediately after meals. Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) Refined sugar consumption (2) Exercise and Hydration (3) Posture and sitting (4) How many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: Refined Sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: Get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: Improve posture and sitting habits If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: Stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ML of hard Liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Headache is a very common medical problem. Nearly 25% of females and 8% of males in general suffer from headaches at some point in their life.

More than 90% of headaches are due to migraine. However headaches are also caused due to tensions and due to wrong lifestyle practices. If headaches are not treated and managed at the right time they can also complicate into - brain like hemorrhage, meningitis, brain tumors, etc.

See stomach problem directly cannot be linked to diabetes, but yes excess of urination can be. Better get your blood sugar fasting and postprandial i. E after food done. It will get clear.
