1.The Zika virus is carried by the Aedes Aegypti mosquito which is also responsible for spreading chikungunya and Dengue fever 2.The virus causes a) fever, headache, muscle/joint pain b)conjunctivitis(red eyes), and rash. c)it can be associated with ascending paralysis.in pregnant women d)infection can cause the birth of microcephalic (small head) children Prevention 1.Take anti mosquito measures like use of mosquito net, mosquito repellent, 2. spraying of insecticides in surrounding and keep it free from vegetation, 3.wearing full sleeve shirts in the evening, 4.Discarding empty containers for collection of water and promoting mosquito breeding.

Facts- Losing belly fat cannot be done by belly exercises Fat loss is gradual fat gets reduced from all parts of the body evenly and gradually. Invest time in researching good low carb diet options. Eat only 75% full and drink atleast 4liters of water. Cut sugar entirely! For 2 months by the calender. Follow this if you are serious about weightloss! It will reap great results.

Hello, I am studying b. Tech and used to travel 50 kmps every day to attend the college. As I have to reach collage on time it is becoming difficult to have breakfast and to carry lunch. I am not even taking lunch in afternoons just snacks thatsall. As a result it is leading to headache, and pimples. Please, give me a suggestion and any tablets too.

To loose your weight you have to change your dietry habits and lifestyle as well. Increase intake of fruits and vegetables. Go for a 30 minutes walk initially and increase gradually. Along with that you can take medohar guggul 2 tab twice daily after meals and 1 tsf of triphala with luke warm water at night for 2 months.

Take warm water for drinking, walk for 45 minutes in the morning, take dinner in half quantity of lunch & early in the evening, do regular exercise, avoid overeating, sleeping immediately after taking food, oily,spicy, fatty ,fast food, avoid late night work, avoid excessive seating for long duration, avoid junk food. I have stopped smoking. How can I clean my lungs, so that it does not cause problem later.
That's very good, you can see the positive impact of smoking cessation on your physical fitness will starts appearing soon after quitting. Purification of the lungs takes a very long time although your lungs may become cleaner over the time. Eat fruits, green and leafy vegetables for detox you lungs. Do some physical exercise daily like jogging, swimming, outdoor games etc. Many people feels stressed after quitting smoking so try to be relaxed, meditation is also very helpful. Always remind that if you continue smoking your lungs will only continue to be damaged. Please do not forget this point and keep up your motivation for quitting smoking. Be proud of your everyday improvement you have already achieved. Thanks.
