I have lost 3-4 kgs recently due to some illness for a prolonged time and a hectic routine! please suggest me a diet plan to regain body weight in summers. (Day time Temperature in my area is usually 40°C)

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months.

Studies show that replacing a grain-based breakfast with eggs can help you eat fewer calories for the next 36 hours, and lose more weight and more body fat . If you can’t eat eggs for some reason, then that’s fine. Any source of quality protein for breakfast should do the trick.

To reduce weight change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, fast, spacy, junck foods. Take simpale veg home made food with salad. In lunch take 3 chapati green vegitabale, one katory dal. End evening cup of less sugar tea with mairry gold 3 biscuties. Avoid tea in office take less sugar tea once only. Stop all types of liquied sweets, tea, coffi cold drinks fruite juices. Take fruites some times. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking morning or evening as per your times. In office after 2 hours gets up walk in office few minuties than start work again. In night take dinner with 2 chapti end vegitabale with salad. You mention that taking only lunch in night also take end go for walkig slowly 1 to 2 km daily.

My son is 16 years old. He is studying in 11th std. He is electronic screen addicted. He engaged most of time on iPad, tv etc. If we want to stop from doing so, he became arrogant and hostile with us. Due to this addition his studies and health both are suffering badly. In front of these gadgets everything is secondary for him. He was already a healthy child since birth but now his weight is 100 kg. Contraceptive pills are not going to help in increasing the size of breast. So do not take those pills for this thing, and you have to consult a gynecologist before starting thebpolls.

This is dhatuksheenta or prameha. You should take chandraprabha vati 1-1 tab with milk twice a day. And pranacharya dhatupaushtik churna with milk twice a day. Avoid tea and coffee.

Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Consume buttermilk everyday in afternoon to stay away from the bad effects of heat caused due to summer. Make sure it is not too sour and dont put ice in it. Adding little salt for taste is benificial.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Abhi mera sugar level fasting up to 130 aur after upto 220 taak rehta hai abhi ek aur test kiya Hbca1 main 6.9 aya. Kya mujhe bhai medicine regular karnee hai. Ya badlney kee zaroorat hai. Hello Your HbA1C value is very good. Which means your blood sugar is under good control because your taking the tablet. If you stop it, blood sugars will increase. Maybe after 3 months if your HbA1C reduces further, instead of stopping the medicine, dosage should be reduced.
