I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Dear Lybrate User, *Peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time. *Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce. *Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice. *Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Healthy eating for fitness and stamina 1. Base your meals on starchy foods: bread, potatoes, pasta, rice, noodles Choose whole grains, roti, bhakri, unpolished rice and potatoes with skin where possible which have more fibre, vitamins and minerals. Remember carbohydrate rich foods contain fewer than half the calories of fats per gram 2. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables: Choose a variety of fruit and vegetables as they contain different combinations of vitamins and minerals. Soups and fruit juices all count! Try grating vegetables like carrots and cabbage into parathas or add lots of vegetables to khichdis. 3. Eat more healthy fats - aim for at least two portions per week of nuts Include also oily fish like salmon, fresh tuna, sardines, mackerel and trout. 4. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar Although we need some fat in our diet (to provide the essential fatty acids and aid the absorption of the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K), too much fat may lead to weight gain. Replace saturated fats from butter, pastries, cream, pies and cheese with unsaturated fats found in vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, oily fish. Too much sugar, especially between meals can increase risk of tooth decay and will add extra calories so limit your added sugar intake! If you get a sweet craving try having fruit instead. 5. Eat less salt, adults should eat no more than 6 g per day. A high salt intake is associated with altered lipid profile, high blood pressure. Most of our salt intake comes from processed foods rather than salt added during cooking or at the table, so always check food labels for the salt content. Try using extra herbs, spices, citrus juices (lemon and lime), mustard or vinegar to flavour foods so you can use less salt in your recipes. 6. Get active and be a healthy weight! Ideally, 150 minutes of moderate intensity or 75 minutes vigorous intensity physical activity and muscle strength training on at least two days per week. Moderate intensity activities include cycling or brisk walking. High or vigorous intensity activities include swimming and running. Muscle strengthening activities include weight lifting, exercises with weights or carrying heavy boxes or groceries. Physical activity can reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke and help maintain a healthy weight. 7. Don’t get thirsty Aim for 8-10 glasses of fluid per day. Water is the best choice as it hydrates you without adding any extra calories to your daily intake. Most types of drink count including water, tea, coffee, soft drinks, milk, fruit juice and smoothies, but try to avoid added sugar in your drinks as this can increase risk of dental decay. Alcohol does not count because it makes you pass urine more frequently and contributes to dehydration rather than hydration. 8. Don’t skip breakfast A healthy breakfast can provide fibre, calories, vitamins and minerals important for health. Choose wholegrain cereals, porridge or wholemeal toast, roti, poha, rawa, with fruit for a healthy start to the day. 9. Avoid alcohol and smoking. 10. Get good sleep.

Your height and weight is okay. Doing Gym for health and fitness is good for health. Continue doing it. There is no need to take any extra artificial proteins. These will spoil your body in the long run. Extra proteins don't lead to better body. Muscles are not built by supplements. Muscles and strength comes from weight training which you are already doing. Eat natural proteins, those are best. Avoid artificial stuff. Strength is important. Bulk is not. Be fit. Don't compare with others. Be proud of the way you are. Be confident of yourself.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

1. Omega-3 fatty acids-the foods to eat: flaxseeds, walnuts, salmon, tuna, kale, brussels sprouts, rapeseed oil. 2. Zinc-the foods to eat: chickpeas, wheat germ, oysters, beef, veal liver, roast beef. 3. Protein-the foods to eat: greek yogurt, egg yolks, kale, peanuts, beans, peas, lentils, tofu, chicken, turkey. 4. Iron-the foods to eat: dark leafy greens, whole grains, beans, red meat, turkey, egg yolks, clams, mussels, oysters. 5. Weight Gain Diet It is not a good idea of Increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet. Breakfast: Banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee . It is not healthy. Lunch: Roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc Dinner: Similar to lunch In-between meals:: fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad Avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods including donut.

Firstly it is possible you are not eating the right foods at the right time when needed by the body. Lack of nutrition can cause reduced stamina. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

You are going to gym and that will definitely benefit you, you need not panic. If you are not getting good and nutritious diet in your hostel then you can manage it yourself. You have to keep with you pulses and pulses products (sprouted chana mung, roasted chana mung, sattu pani with lemon, kurmura (puffed rice, fruits and some vegetables like cucumber, tomato, onion, etc. Which can be eaten raw. When you start working out, you will automatically stop over eating after so much hard work. For all the parts, do cycling for ten minutes. Then do some crunches or twisting exercises for stomach. Do jumping jack, duck walk sit ups. For biceps, stretch your arms, lift some weights (start with 2 kgs). Diet control is difficult, tell your friends that you are going to loose weight, this will help you stay motivated.

Hello, None of them are effective, apart from causing harm to rhe body they are also expensive. Fat burners have 100 percent guaranteed side effects ,so ultimately after spending money ,all what you get are some irreversible damages.
