Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Take 4-5 meals in a day on frequent interval.

Blood in stools may be due to local reasons in ano rectal region too. If acidity (and ulcer?) are there, it may have blood through ulcer too but that would not be bright red. Fats deposits are not due to this. Stretch marks might have taken place in skin. For ayurveda treatment please write back full medical history, current situation, any reports or treatment taken.

Hello, please, maintain personal hygiene. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate your body to make skin & muscle more flexible. Your diet be easily digestible in small intervals. Diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. For change in medicine you should consult an endocrinologist and get thoroughly investigated to start it eat more fresh vegetables and fruits salads soups less carbohydrates and more proteins also a handful of nuts every day drink plenty of water cut down on all sugar products carbohydrates excessive tea and coffee and avoid alcohol and smoking or any type of drugs use.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Microwave rays are not death threatened. But better to avoid prolonged exposure to microwave. Regarding bird flue if you take proper precautions against it then there should not be any problem. Good thing you do yoga. And you can do weight lifting also but do it gradually without any jerky movement. And prolonged. Go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. Have plenty of water by mouth.

In hostel try to consume canned milk twice daily------------try for eggs /bread butter and milk in breakfast and take hostel meals in lunch-------------at 11 am always prefer some fruits and take light dinner 2 hrs before sleep comprising of green salad and fruits---------------------a 20-30 minutes morning walk is a must-------------

No you have boiled/cooked your rice and then taken - now do not panic nothing will happen. However take neem leaves early in morning for few days all of you for increasing your immunity. But better keep your food stuff away from the reach of mouse/pets ......you know better.

Mr. lybrate-user, You are right that there should be more research in the field of diabetes, and it is happening. The only difference between various diseases which you have mentioned and diabetes is that those are all infections some caused by bacteria and some by viruses. Infections can be cured by using drugs like antibiotics and anti -virals. Plus vaccination so that our body makes antibodies against the invading organism and fights them. But diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism are part of non-communicable diseases. Some of them particularly diabetes and hypertension are directly linked with the lifestyle a person follows. T1 diabetes is is an autoimmune disease where our own immune cells produce antibodies against Beta cells which secrete Insulin, destroying them. This leads to diabetes which has to be treated only with insulin injection that too for the whole life. In 1921 Insulin was discovered, which is now helping us save life of scores of diabetic patients. T2 diabetes is increasing mainly because of increasing excess eating, taking in of lot of junk foods, inactivity, indulgence in alcohol and smoking. There is continuous research going on to find out how the patients can be helped. It wrong to say that doctors are not interested in curing the disease and want to make money. Enough efforts are being made. Infact increasing awareness about the disease and change in life style will help us in redcucing diabetes. Thanks.

Hi. I am 24 years old girl, and I am over weighted person who tries to lose weight asap. My current weight is 118kgs, height is 5'1" I tried drinking warm water with amla juice, honey, lemon juice, meal replacement milk shakes, etc. But my weight still remains same.I don't know what to do further. Diets are very hard for me to follow. At least I want to take some useful weight loss pills which works better on me. I'm also scared of side effects. Honey with warm water it causes side effect on your body so avoid it. Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

Helllo, Seborrheic dermatitis is one of te main cause of hair loss, so first of all you should take treatment for this problem. 1. Take Mezerium 30, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once daily. 2.wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 3.Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 5.Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) 6.Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 7.Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night . 8.Add more proteins to your daily diet and eat walnuts for good hair. Revert me after 15 days.

Dear lybrate user. As per your height and weight. Your bmi comes to 26.9 which is a little over the limit of 25. You need to reduce about 10 kgs which is possible through a combination of proper nutrition and exercise. Your diet has to come down to about 1800 calories per day and to be strictly followed. Your exercise has to be for about an hour daily which should be intensive and should be able to burn about 350 calories per day. All of it put together you can reduce about 2 kgs per month in a healthy way. Such reduction becomes permanent in nature. If you need more help you can approach for private consultation.

Are you suffering from any medical problem? share your daily diet (what you eat in breakfast/lunch/dinner) & lifestyle (wake up/sleep time) to advise you. Follow these instructions- take balanced & nutritious food. Avoid outside food. Drink 3-4 ltrs of water daily. Walk/jog/swim for 30-40 mins daily. Take proper rest.

I think you take steriods for gaining weight. Stop those medicine immeiately. Avoid junk food oily food and sweets. Take phytolacca berry tab 2 tablet thrice daily.
