No it's not possible to get milk minus getting pregnant. Dome grannies do put the kid on breast, it soothes the baby only. Natural foods to enhance lactam is dates, nuts, jeera, ajwain, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and boiled eggs plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Hello in a diabetic patient exercise, medicine and diet play equal roles. Exercise - 5 days a week at least healthy balanced diet - small n regular meals prescribed medication these 3 help in maintaining normal blood sugar levels avoid carbonated drinks, fried foods and foods like mango, banana, cheeku, arbi and zimikand include foods like green tea, cinnamon, wheat grass powder, lemon water, jeera water, diluted salted lassi, seasonal fruits and veggies. Apart from these a homemade powder is extremely beneficial in keeping blood sugar levels normal. It requires: almonds - 50 neem leaves dry - 50 green elaichi - 50 whole black pepper - 50 bhuna channa without chilka - 125g grind to a fine powder n store in airtight container. Take 1 tsp after breakfast and 1 tsp before dinner. Thank you.

Eat bananas with milk every morning. Don't skip any meal. Do take more proteins like eggs, chicken, fish, soyabean, cottage cheese etc. You may also take homoeopathic treatment for the same.

After pregnancy I feel very weakness now tired so what I do to feel good  and active.
First three months of pregnancy, there is Nausea/ Vomiting. This results in weakness. Consult doctor for drugs to stop Nausea/ Vomiting. From 4th-9th months of pregnancy diet should increase along with medications. After delivery, the lactation(Breast Feeding) require adequate diet and medication for next 6 months.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert. For height: There is no chances to gain height at 27yrs. Of age as height can be increased till 21yrs. Of age in females.

Hello , hope you are doing good. Please follow the doctor prescribed medicine. Which controls the diabetics and will not allow you increase. But along with medication, you need to concentrate on food also. Make sure you food must have high protein, fiber and omega-3 nutrition. For a diabetics, its good to have more protein rather than carbohydrates, which converts into glucose and may have a chance to increase the diabetes. What we suggest is the nutrigemoic protein, who certified, with 9 essential amino acids. This will help you cure your diabetics. But you will definitely have a result, if you can use protein with vitamins and minerals, fiber and omega-3 supplement .

Please stop curd, banana, mango, fermented food, sweet, oilly, fried, fish ,nonveg. Regularly excerise, walking for 45-60 Minute. Drink hot water 3-4 glass per day. =Trifala choorna at bed time with hot water.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Beer has no health benefits. The only thing that increases is your belly. It does not make you fair, it causes hot flashes and low blood sugar hence makes you look pale. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Your weight reduction and control is of prime important. Prescribing very simple products and basic advises daily morning and evening walk at least twenty minutes yoga-padmasana and chanting mantra (as and when gets time) no non-veg, milk products, fried items, cold water eat only jav-yav-oat aata roti regularly 1-baggrys oat bran 5 gm twice daily with food or water 2- arjun powder 50 gm + mentha-pudina powder 25 gm mix, prepare tea - decoction with 3-4 gm powder add honey as per test and may take 3-4 times in a day - stop coffee or usual tea 3- amla powder 5 gm at bed time with warm water if having diabetes then take above under medical supervision

Eating more ice can prove harmful to your body. You should try to get rid of this habit. Start taking shatavari granules. This will help you in leaving your habit of eating ice.

I have blood sugar tested on 08-03-2015 Fasting - 139 and post fasting - 253 . This is first time. 3 months before I had checked that fasting was 114. Please suggest.

TO call any one as diabetic , your fasting sugar values should be more than 126 on at least two different occasions. ( Why ? - because fasting levels show much variations) Plus do you have any symptoms ? (like increase urination, increased thirst , etc) . Also an HbAic test would really help in this case. Currently a value in excess of 6.5 % is considered as diabetes.

Dear lybrateuser, - Vitamin deficiency can be found by blood check up - for cold do steam inhalation twice a day - take tablet Okacet - C, 1 tablet three times a day after meals - avoid all cold fluids, have more of warm fluids, tea, coffee, milk, soup.

Yes it could be due to Vitamin D deficiency. Please consider taking Vitamin D supplements. Also eat food rich in Vitmain D.
