I want to loose weight and achieve 6 packs abs. Although I am on dieting and proper exercising plan. Need to know should I take health supplements or take prescription from dietitian about my food habit or should I carry on like this. Please help me.

You should take a detail diet consultation. I will advice first start with natural protiens from food then shift to supplements if required. You need to have 1gm proteins per kg if your body weight. Ie if you are 60 kgs you need atleast 60gms proteins per day.
