I am a 36 yr old male. I am non vegeterian. My height is 5ft 7 inch and weight is around 68 kgs which comes under ideal bmi. I exercise regularly and have no bad habits like drinking, smoking. I am quite diet conscious and do not binge on fatty products / cold drinks / snacks etc. However, I do like to eat out and try good dishes preferably non veg. I am tyring to reduce my belly but it is not happening. Can you suggest what should I do. Thanks.

Hi select lean cuts of meat prefer grilled, barbequed or baked meats. To reduce fat on belly:- avoid dinner after 8 pm don't hv rice for dinner you can take soup n grilled chicken/fish for dinner. Let me know your progress.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday after follow thid diet if your weight remain same it means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i. E thyroid profile.

Drinking so much milk will not affect you in anyway as long as you drink a lot of water. Only problem is that milk has been found to be a causative agent for diabetes. So if you have a family history of diabetes then try to reduce the quantity and be on the safer side. Also milk has high fat content. As long as you exercise a lot and burn up the fat it will not be a problem but if you have a sedentary lifestyle then it may cause cardiac problems. Other than that no problem. The kidney stone even if it forms will be washed out out of the system as long as you drink a lot of water and pass adequate amount of water.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Unwanted hair is a major issue for many young people. Shaving or waxing the hair is tedious process, and can also be painful at times. Due to its many benefits, laser hair removal has become very popular amongst youngsters. In many cases, after three to eight sessions, permanent hair loss is observed. What is the theory behind laser hair removal?
Laser technology is based on highly concentrated rays. These rays are concentrated on a specific part of your skin from where you wish to remove the hair. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Yes you can gain by milky product as well as fruits and vegetables also. If your digestive system is ok, then go for said product in time without stress, sound sleep and intake maximum pure water at least 5 lit. A day. I hope you will improve.
