Hye. Thankyou for the query. For your height your ideal weight is 75 kgs. But if you feel heavy it means you are gaining fats. So, eat well and exercise to avoid excessive fat gain.

Baby must be crying coz of heat. Keep her in cool environment with either ac or cooler. Give your every two hours. Anyone can help you in feeding her. Weight loss is normal in first week of life. Just stay calm feed baby properly and keep yourself and baby in cool environment.

2010, my total weight was 108 KG. I worked hard, intense work out and dieting. It took a year and a half to drop my weight to 78 kgs. I loosed 30 kg and 11 inches from my stomach. But the shape is still like apple. Fat is not dissolving from stomach (still apple shape) and from lower back. What could be the reason.

Hello, your ideal weight should be 84.5. To reduce weight first list out what you are eating. Find out if your diet have many sugars, refined food ,deep fried food and fatty food. Never have all these in one day. Now replace one food item with salad regularly and slowly move to eating 5-6 meals per day. include sprouts salad or nuts and seeds for snack. One fruit is must in a day. Take small steps but consistency is key. Hope you find this helpful. stay healthy stay fit☺

u need to take a balanced diet. in the early morning u drink a glass of water plain water u eat 1 raisins+1 cashew nuts+1 almonds+1 anjeer eat 4-5 ltr water/day drink fruit juice and glucose water.coconut water eat more vegetables and fruits eat four meal a day

HI Lybrate USER… A) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals…. B) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. A supplement is good if needed by the body. A supplement works only if your basic diet is planned well. Supplementation cannot replace your dietary intake of nutrients. So after assessing your needs improving your basic food diet only go for supplementation. Your role body should be given nutrients that it needs. Anything other than that taken randomly because you think it is healthy may not be right.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar pranayam daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. I am a 69 year young man. My height is 169 cm and I weigh 79 kg. Last few years I am trying to reduce my weight by 8-9 kg and have tried following 1. Reduce food intake from 2 chapati rice morning evening to first one chapati both times. Last few months I am eating only one meal breakfast. 2. Yog exercises for 1 hr every morning 3. Occasional 30-40 minutes brisk walk. I am also taking Uni Enzyme and Live 52 tab (two tablets) every day. In last two years with these changes, there is no reduction in weight. What should I do?

Scientists now know that the body does not register liquid calories in the same way it does solid calories. Drinking a grande caffe mocha, for instance, won't make you feel satiated the way eating a bowl of pasta will. Which means that although the caffe mocha actually has a greater number of calories than the pasta, you're still more likely to want a second cup from Starbucks than another plate of linguine. So monitor your intake of juice, soda, coffee drinks and wine. If you consume one of each of those beverages during the day, you'll have taken in at least 800 extra calories by nighttime — and you'll still be hungry. (Incidentally, alcohol may suppress the metabolism of fat, making it tougher for you to burn those calories.)

Being active is essential, while keeping in mind that sudden bending and lifting heavy articles should be avoided. Swimming is the best form of exercise which I can suggest you. Yoga can also help you if done under proper guidance- iyengar yoga is supposed to address these issues.

I am suffering from constipation and every day my weight is increasing by 2 to 5 kgs so what can I do to loss MY weight.
Constipation can be controlled by high fiber diet and it seems you may be hypothyroid to have constipation and weight gain and check your TSH level and inform me . You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. to burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. as half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Hello, Eating small meals, at regular intervals also, will help. Exercise regularly. Say no to junk and Excessively oily foods. Have daily dose, of multivitamins. Have early dinners. Have,at least 3 servings of fruits everyday
