I workout for minimum 3 days a week and trying to increase on number of days but should I consume protien supplements to get toned and to increase muscle growth? my food does not include any protien rich meat or anything like that. Are protien supplements harmful to health? Do they have harmful effects over the time over body? I have a lot of fat around by belly and want to get rid of it. But does protien supplement help me getting toned? If yes, then which one?

Hi Lybrate user, using supplements for weight gain would give you the results initially but once you discontinue the use you might come back to your present weight. You should try to loose weight naturally through diet as that would help you in a much better way and will give you better results and for long run. You need to incorporate foods rich in protein (like- chicken, fish, eggs, soy and soy products, pulses, quinoa, etc) and also need to do some strenous exercises (like gyming, stretching etc) that will increase muscle mass and also help tone your body. check your haemoglobin level you are thalaseemia minor you have to take folic acid tablet but you may be having iron defeciency also

Check your bp, blood sugar, lipid, rft and lft. Regular yogasana -pavanmuktasana and sarvangasana for 10-15 minutes and morning walk 20 minutes daily is advised avoid cold water, curd, ice cream, fried, non-veg and fatty food items, drink plain or warm water regularly 1- isabgol tusi powder 100 gm add in one kg of wheat aata and this is to be used to prepare rotis, consume such rotis daily. 2- trifala churna 100 gm + haldi-turmeric powder 50 gm mix properly, take 6-7 gm daily (one and half tea spoon) at bed time with warm water record weight before treatment and later every month and report.

3 Types Of Fallopian Tube Blockages

It's said that blocked fallopian tube is the most common cause of female infertility in about 40% women. Fallopian tubes are channels through which the egg travels to reach the uterus and blockage of these tubes can put a stop to this from taking place. Depending on the different parts of the tubes, this form of blockage is of several types.
 
What are the different types of fallopian tube blockages? 

  1. Proximal tubal occlusion: This form of fallopian tube blockage involves the isthmus (an area of about 2 cm long, this part of the fallopian tube connects the infundibulum and ampulla to the uterus). This problem occurs due to complications associated with abortion, cesarean section or PID (pelvic inflammatory disease).
  2. Mid-segment tubal obstruction: It occurs in the ampullary section of the fallopian tube and is most frequently a result of tubal ligation damage. The procedure of tubal ligation is performed to put a stop to pregnancy permanently. 
  3. Distal tubal occlusion: This is a kind of blockage wherein the section of the fallopian tube that is close to the ovary is affected and is commonly associated with a condition known as hydrosalpinx (a condition in which the fallopian tube is filled with fluid). The latter often happens due to Chlamydia infection, leading to fallopian tube and pelvic adhesions. 

The conditions that may give rise to this problem can include: 

  1. Genital tuberculosis (the TB infection that occurs in the genital tract)
  2. Ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy in which the embryo places itself outside the uterus)
  3. Tubal ligation removal
  4. Complications related to surgery of the lower abdomen
  5. Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)
  6. Uterine fibroids (benign growths that occur in the uterus)
  7. Endometriosis (development of uterine tissue outside of the organ) 

These disorders can lead to the development of scar tissue, adhesions, polyps or tumors to form inside the pathway. Additionally, the tubes can also get stuck to other body parts such as ovaries, bladder, uterus and bowels. Two things can happen to the fallopian tubes, either they can become twisted or the tubes walls may stick together, leading to a complete blockage. Moreover, even if the fallopian tubes are partially damaged, they can remain open so as to enable pregnancy to occur, while increasing your risk for ectopic pregnancy.

Dear user. Nothing to worry its just due to weakness. I suggest you to take food that are rich in vitamins and cacium. Check your calcium level and cbp test. According to reports medicines and proper treatment will be given.

Fortified cereals such as Total, Raisin Bran, Corn Flakes (They have a lot of calcium in one serving.) 5. Dark leafy greens like spinach, kale, turnips, and collard greens 7. Fortified orange juice 8. Soybeans 9. Fortified soy milk (Not all soy milk is a good source of calcium, so it's best to check the label.) 10. Enriched breads, grains, and waffles

Follow this diets for one months properly morning take lemon juice in warm water, morning breakfast take milk cornflakes and apple in mid morning take fruits papaya full plate in lunch take vegetables roti and curds and salad in evening take green tea with roasted channa in dinner 8pm only soup and brown bread sandwich with 150gm paneer follow this diets for one months properly.
