Hi Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by 1/4th the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. Dont give time limits to your body. Go the gradual healthy way. It will last longer.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Hye. The basic principle of managing good weight is to eat sensibly and exercise well or be very physically active. All the shortcuts like pills or medicines will give a little fat mobilisation but that's hardly 3 to 4%. It majorly gives you muscle loss and bone loss. Remember any method that gives you drastic weight loss, that is if it does, is purely muscle loss. Hence, once you discontinue it, you gain back all the weight and much more. So, it may be added, but if your diet and exercise is not good, it's of no much benefit.

Are Protein Powders Healthy? • Pretty much every “health guru” and network marketing/MLM company out there has their own brand of protein powder, which they all claim to be the greatest thing • There is a lot of mis-information when it comes to protein powder marketing and that many aren’t as healthy as they claim to be. • With a few notable exceptions, most protein powders aren’t worth their cost. Source matters and any protein powder should definitely be from an organic (and grass-fed if dairy based) source, but there are additional concerns as well.A Consumer Reports investigation found low to moderate levels of lead, arsenic, and mercury in many well-known protein powders.Many other protein powders contain processed soy, artificial sweeteners, sugars, artificial flavors and colors, and synthetic nutrients that are not easily absorbed by the body.In a sense, protein powders can be thought of like a supplement. In the meantime aap milk aur protein zyada le. Jaise soya bean ya chicken and eggs agar abb non- eg consume kar sake daily 1-2 glass milk and dry fruits like almonds and walnuts (akrot aur badam, daily 3-4) height ke liye daily half - 1 hour cycling and pull ups. Genetic problem na ho to height 1-2 inch badh sakti (zyada se zyada, isse zyada nahi) hai naturally males me after 18 but not in females. Aapki present height bhi bata de. Toh us se possible chances of growth ka andaza lag sakta hai. 21 years ke pehle aap homeopathy bhi try kar sake hain if you are a male.

Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meal

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. Its all time management, try to take out 45 minutes for fitness, I am not saying that you go gym or some wellness center, all you need is a yoga mat for your room, involve yourself in some stretching, yoga, pranayam, pushups, sit ups, squats, lunges, chin ups, these all exercise are body weight you do not need any equipment, try to walk more, avoid late night dinners, eat less at night more in morning, avoid tea, sugar and processed food, always remember health is more important than wealth. Its good supplemnet. But everything should be taken in moderation. Take for 1 month and than stop for 15 days. And again continue after sometime. Thats the way to take supplements to avoid hyper vitaminosis. Also drink plenty of water.
